BBQ Shrimp
1 pound large shrimp, cleaned and devained
¼ tsp Lawry’s salt
1 tsp ground dry mustard
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp dry onion
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ ground black pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup of favorite BBQ sauce
Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl and hand mix shrimp with mixed dried ingredients. Add lemon juice to BBQ sauce and pour BBQ sauce over shrimp and hand mix. Place shrimp flat on hot grill, direct heat and cook about 4 minutes, 2 minutes on each side. Don’t let shrimp stick to grill by slight moving shrimp. Serve with cocktail sauce.
Beer Style: With most seafood I prefer Hefeweizen, because of bbq sauce I'd choice a Pale Ale
